With one man every hour dying from prostate cancer and 40,000 new cases every year the Lions Club of Reading and CircleReading aim to provide a FREE PSA blood test to as many men over 50 as possible who chose to take the test.
The cost of holding an evening of this type is approximately £14,000, largely due to the cost of the laboratory analysis (based on 700 tests @ £20.00 per person).
