'Dads and Lads' Charity Fun Walk a great success  

The 107JACKfm Dads and Lads (and ladies wearing moustaches!)Fun Walk took place at Prospect Park on Sunday 29th June to raise money to help the Lions Club of Reading provide another free prostate cancer test event in 2015.

It was a 5km route around Prospect Park, that men and boys (and ladies with moustaches) walked, jogged or ran.  

The event was promoted by 107 JACKfm, sponsored by Gowrings Ford, organised by Barnes Fitness and supported by Sir John Madejski. With more than 200 participants all walking, jogging or running to raise money for a very worthy cause. A big thank you to everyone who took park. You have helped make a difference.

THE FUN WALK / RUN WAS ALSO LINKED TO OUR ANNUAL COMMUNITY FUN DAY AND MANY STAYED ON TO ENJOY AN AFTERNOON IN THE PARK. More ......
