The beautiful setting of Douai Abbey, Upper Woolhampton was the venue for this year's annual dedication Service for Lions members from Clubs all over the District 105D comprising central Southern England, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. |

Lions present rededicated themselves to assist the young, the elderly and the disadvantaged both in their Club areas and further afield. |

The Service was attended by 150 Lions and partners, together with the Lord Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire, the Hon Mrs Bayliss JP accompanied by her husband. |

Also present were some 20 Civic Dignitaries from Lions Clubs' areas around the District.
The Service was taken by Father Oliver Holt and the choir was ‘Aliquando' under the direction of Anne Evans. The organist was Philip Aspden. |
